If I’ve been a bit silent over the past two weeks, it’s because I’ve been buried in an archive. It’s a wonderful archive, really, the American Antiquarian Society in Worcester, Massachusetts. It’s a great place to immerse yourself in eighteenth century documents. BUT, it doesn’t allow time for a lot else.
Here’s a picture of the exterior. As I say, it’s a great place to work.
